I see my Yin and Yoga Nidra practice as a container for my students to explore the deeper aspects of their identity. A gentle, loving reminder of who we are. As a bodyworker and teacher I am very interested in how we hold emotional patterns in the body, and I aim to provide opportunities for healing on many levels through this practice.

Nothing makes me happier than to see someone walk in the door to take some well deserved time for themselves. I strive to make my classes as comfortable and welcoming as possible.A place where people know they can show up just as they are, no matter what.
Yin, meditation, restorative, and yoga nidra are the unsung heros of yoga. In my opinion, they are advanced practices and simply because in today's society, we have a hard time slowing down. It takes discipline. Once you start incorporating them regularly.

My teaching comes from the history of Yin paired with my background in psychology, creative expression, and empowerment.
I love the release of ties (physical and mental). To dive into my own yin practice is such a treat in the midst of life, parenting, and teaching. Yin affords me a beautiful home to come back to for mental and emotional clarity, and balance throughout my body.
