Whether you are new to the practice or have been working with it for years, this program offers an intentional, well-held container for deepening understanding, personal practice, and learning to teach Yoga Nidra with skill and care.
Throughout this heart-centered training, we explore the history and lineage of Yoga Nidra, honoring its roots in the yogic tradition while also engaging with contemporary perspectives on nervous system regulation, the physiology of stress, and the role of intentional rest in cultivating balance and resilience. You will gain a clear understanding of the Koshas—the layers of being—and how Yoga Nidra supports integration across the body, mind, heart, and inner life.
The training offers practical insight into the structure and sequencing of a Yoga Nidra session, including how each stage gently guides awareness toward states of rest, clarity, and receptivity. You will learn multiple approaches to developing Yoga Nidra scripts, including adapting existing scripts, writing by stage, weaving in themes, and skillfully blending intuition with structure, so your guidance remains responsive, authentic, and aligned with your voice, whether for personal practice or for sharing with others.
Alongside study and reflection, you will experience the practice directly through live guided sessions and a short home practice immersion.
By the end of the training, you will leave with a deeper relationship to the practice, a clearer understanding of its foundations, and the confidence to teach and share Yoga Nidra, supporting reconnection with the true self and the qualities of ease, peace, and quiet joy that the practice reveals.

No prior experience is required to register. This training is open to yoga teachers, dedicated practitioners, wellness professionals, and anyone with a sincere interest in Yoga Nidra. Whether or not you have completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training, you are welcome here. Wherever you find yourself on your path, this program offers a supportive space to deepen your understanding, engage in practice, and learn alongside others. You will be guided through the experience of Yoga Nidra with an emphasis on embodied understanding, integration, and thoughtful guidance.
Certificate of Completion
This program is Yoga Alliance Certified. Upon completion, you will receive a 40HR Yoga Nidra Teacher Training certificate.
• Registered Yoga Teachers (RYTs) can submit this certificate to Yoga Alliance for 40 CEUs (continuing education contact hours).
