Embark on an immersive journey into the practice of Yoga Nidra and the art of skillfully guiding others. This comprehensive 40-hour live online training offers a rich exploration of the tradition, cultivating a deep understanding of the practice and its remarkable capacity to foster rest, inner peace, and authentic joy through guided meditation
Open to yoga teachers, dedicated practitioners, wellness professionals, and anyone with a sincere interest in experiencing or sharing Yoga Nidra, this program provides clear instruction, practical tools, and an experiential approach to skillful guidance. Whether you're new to the practice or have been exploring it for years, you'll find an intentional, welcoming, and intimate learning environment. Enrollment is limited to 12 participants to encourage meaningful connection, individualized support, and thoughtful mentorship.
Throughout this heart-centered training, we'll explore the foundations, history, and lineage of Yoga Nidra while honoring its roots in the yogic tradition and engaging with contemporary neuroscience. Together, we'll examine nervous system regulation, the physiology of stress, and the role of intentional rest in cultivating resilience and well-being. You'll also develop a clear understanding of the Koshas—the five layers of being—and discover how Yoga Nidra supports integration across body, mind, heart, and spirit. From there, you'll learn the structure and sequencing of a complete Yoga Nidra practice, understanding how each stage gently guides awareness toward profound rest, clarity, and receptivity.
As the training unfolds, you'll move into the practical application of guiding Yoga Nidra. You'll learn multiple approaches to developing authentic Yoga Nidra scripts, including adapting existing scripts, developing scripts stage by stage, weaving meaningful themes, integrating trauma-informed principles, and balancing intuition with structure. Through this process, you'll gain the confidence and practical understanding to offer guidance that is responsive, grounded, and naturally your own. Alongside study and reflection, you'll experience the practice directly through live guided sessions, interactive teaching practicums, and a dedicated home practice immersion.
By the end of the training, you'll leave with a deeply embodied relationship to Yoga Nidra, along with the confidence and practical skills to guide the practice with authenticity, wisdom, and care. More importantly, you'll carry forward a lived understanding of Yoga Nidra as a practice of profound rest, self-discovery, and inner wholeness—one that naturally enriches both your own life and the lives of those you serve.

Yoga Nidra, often called "the sleep of the yogi," invites a state of deep, conscious rest in which the body and mind settle while awareness remains gently awake. Rooted in the wisdom of the yoga tradition and enriched by contemporary neuroscience, this practice creates the conditions for intentional rest that is both deeply nourishing and profoundly restorative.
From this receptive state, we reconnect with our innate wholeness and the quiet wisdom that resides within. We emerge feeling refreshed, grounded, and more closely aligned with what matters most. With regular practice, Yoga Nidra gently supports the release of long-held patterns and inner tension, creating space for greater clarity, resilience, joy, and a more authentic, easeful way of being.
Whether you're a yoga teacher wishing to lead Yoga Nidra for your students, a wellness professional looking to integrate restorative practices into your work, or a dedicated practitioner seeking to deepen your experience of Yoga Nidra, this heart-centered training offers a spacious and comprehensive journey into both the practice and the art of skillful guidance.
Refined through many years of teaching, mentoring, and guiding practitioners and teachers from around the world, the curriculum honors the richness of the yoga tradition while thoughtfully integrating contemporary neuroscience, embodied learning, trauma-informed principles, and authentic, skillful guidance.
By the end of this 40-hour live online training, you'll have the practical tools, embodied understanding, and confidence to deepen your own practice, develop authentic Yoga Nidra scripts, and guide others with clarity, presence, and authenticity.
More than a technique, Yoga Nidra is an invitation into deep rest, self-discovery, and wholeness. It is a practice that continues to unfold long after the training ends—quietly enriching your own life while supporting the well-being of those you serve.
One of the greatest joys of this work is witnessing how each student's relationship with Yoga Nidra continues to deepen over time.
Although your certification marks the completion of the training, it is not the end of our connection. Please know that I remain a resource for you long after the program concludes.
