These are informal quizzes meant for your personal benefit and will not be submitted and marked. You’ll also have the opportunity to practice teach others during the Practicum section of the program. Even if you aren’t intending to lead others in Yoga Nidra sessions, these practicum exercises are valuable tools to deepen your understanding of and experience with the practice!
Yes, the curriculum is 35hrs all-inclusive and a 35hr completion certificate is given to all students who fully complete the training. The certificate will be emailed to you once you've completed all the lessons and submitted your final reflection responses.
