Throughout this heart-centered training, you will explore the history and origins of Yoga Nidra, honoring its roots in the yogic tradition while also examining contemporary, neuroscience-informed perspectives on nervous system regulation, the physiology of stress, and the role of intentional rest in cultivating somatic resilience. You will gain a clear understanding of the Koshas—the layers of being—and how Yoga Nidra supports integration and the restoration of balance across the body, mind, heart, and inner life. Certificate of Completion:
This program is Yoga Alliance Certified. Upon completion, you will receive a 35HR Yoga Nidra Teacher Training certificate. Registered Yoga Teachers (RYTs) can submit this certificate to Yoga Alliance for 35 CEUs (continuing education contact hours).
