Relax and rejuvenate with this special springtime Yin Yoga & Meditation practice! It’s designed to re-balance and revitalize the Liver-Gall Bladder Qi. When we support these Organs, we harmonize our energies with the rhythms of the season and nourish the body’s natural cycles of renewal.

In Taoist philosophy, spring is the season of rebirth, a time to release stagnation and awaken the body’s natural vitality. When we stimulate Liver and Gall Bladder Qi, we align with this upward, expansive current and support our capacity to cleanse, reset, and begin again.

Spring is also the ideal time to tend to our joint health and connective tissues. Replenishing Liver Qi helps restore balance to the tendons and ligaments, cultivating both physical flexibility and emotional resilience.

Like bamboo swaying in the spring breeze, this practice invites you to stay grounded yet supple, rooted and responsive. Being both strong and flexible keeps us able to meet life’s unfolding with greater ease, strength, and grace.

The full session is now available for you on YouTube, check it out anytime 🌸
