Honoring this anniversary and all who have journeyed with it

It has been two years since The Book of Yoga Nidra Meditation Scripts was first released into the world. What began as an offering from the heart,  a companion for deep rest and connection with the storehouse of peace and joy within, has grown into a living conversation that continues to unfold in so many beautiful directions.

When I first began writing, I could never have imagined the many ways the book would travel, finding its way into homes, studios, classrooms, and moments of stillness around the world. Each message, photo, and story shared has been a reminder of the quiet, universal invitation for rest and for remembering wholeness.

Thank you to each of you who has opened its pages, shared it with a friend, or carried its spirit into your own circles of care. Your connection keeps this work alive and reminds me how beautifully it belongs to all of us. The practice itself is the teacher, and we are all students in its ongoing grace.

My heartfelt wish is that Yoga Nidra remains accessible to all who seek it, offering rest, clarity, and renewal wherever it is needed most.

Walking this path alongside you, seeing how this work keeps rippling outward through so many hearts and hands, brings me deep joy. As the next chapter begins to take shape, I’m filled with gratitude for this community and for the inspiration I find in the many ways these teachings live through you.

May the practice of Yoga Nidra continue to support the spaces you create and the lives you touch, wherever this path leads.

If this work has found a place in your own guiding or practice, I would love to hear how it’s growing in you. Your reflections help this living lineage of deep rest continue to breathe and evolve.

With love and appreciation,
💜 Sagel
