Discover the transformative power of practicing and teaching meaningful, meditative Yin Yoga.

This comprehensive 40-Hour Live Online Yin Yoga & Meditation Teacher Training is for those who feel called to deepen their own practice or share the profound benefits of Yin Yoga and meditation with others.

Whether you're a dedicated practitioner, yoga teacher, or wellness professional, this training offers an integrated exploration of Yin Yoga as a practice for the whole person—body, mind, heart, energy, and spirit. You'll learn to create and lead deeply meditative Yin Yoga experiences that weave together Yin anatomy, mindfulness and meditation, compassionate awareness, and the balancing wisdom of Yin and Yang.

The physical practice provides an essential foundation. You'll explore Yin Yoga's core principles, poses, functional anatomy, and effects on the connective tissues. Through modifications, variations, prop use, safety considerations, and responsive cueing, you'll learn to practice and teach in ways that honor each person's unique body while cultivating mobility, flexibility, resilience, and balance.

The training also draws from the wisdom traditions that have deeply influenced Yin Yoga and meditation, including Buddhist philosophy, yogic teachings, Yoga Nidra, and Taoism. These timeless perspectives offer a rich context for self-inquiry and personal growth while helping you bring greater meaning, authenticity, and depth to your teaching and everyday life.

Meditation is woven throughout the training as both a personal practice and a teaching skill. You'll learn the foundations of meditation and experience mindfulness, breathwork, Yoga Nidra, and other contemplative practices, discovering how to integrate them naturally into Yin Yoga to cultivate greater presence, clarity, emotional resilience, and inner peace.

A special focus of the training is Taoist philosophy and energetics, including Five Elements Theory, Yin–Yang Organ energetics, and practices for sensing and working with Qi. You'll deepen your understanding of the relationship between body, mind, heart, and energy while learning how these principles can enrich your own experience and bring another dimension of balance and vitality to what you share with others.

You'll also develop practical tools for inspired, intentional teaching—from creating meaningful themes and sequences to guiding poses, meditation, self-inquiry, and energetic practices with clarity and care. Through direct practice, Yin Yoga and meditation classes, reflection, and teaching practicum, you'll deepen your embodied understanding while cultivating an authentic teaching voice that responds to the needs of your students.

You'll leave prepared to deepen your own practice and share these teachings with greater confidence, wisdom, authenticity, and care.
